Well, say it with respect to the Coca-Cola case, or the industry trend in general, or in terms of the structure of the theoretical concepts discussion, today, we saw how corporate governance structure gradually matured and has reached its current forms.
Prof. Nieves also provided us some additional information about the current day situation in Coca Cola.
We also discussed the concept of dual boards, and different models with respect to the common law and civil law countries.
Overall, today's double session was a good introduction to the way corporate governance influences and monitors the board of directors for any company given the context of discussion.
Later in the day today, after having a brief siesta, I came back to school to work on my fellowship work and continue with the job hunting.
Not a bad day for a Wednesday, I would say :-)
